Our Team

We are a team of highly trained professionals integrating the contemplative psychology and meditation practices of Buddhism and Yoga with current advances in psychotherapy and neuropsychology. We apply our therapeutic training and meditative backgrounds to working with clients individually, in group settings, as well as curating and leading immersive experiences of pilgrimage around the Buddhist world. We value the importance of individual and community experience as catalysts for profound transformation.
